Responsibilities:

  • Deploying, configuring, and maintaining Windows servers and OT applications
  • Ensuring the performance, reliability, and security of Windows-based OT systems
  • Implementing industry-leading security measures across OT server environments
  • Troubleshooting system issues and resolving incidents quickly
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Windows and Linux-based OT system
  • Staying ahead of industry trends across Windows/Linux system management
  • Producing high-quality technical documentation for system configurations and procedures
  • Conducting regular system updates, patching, and preventive maintenance
  • Driving continuous improvement across OT system operations
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Desired Experience:
  • Extensive experience in Windows system administration-ideally within data centres or similarly critical environments
  • Knowledge of backup technologies (a strong plus)
  • Strong understanding of OT systems: BMS, EPMS, SCADA, PLCs, HMIs
  • Proficiency in scripting/automation tools such as PowerShell or Ansible
  • Solid grounding in security best practices for Windows environments
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of key network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, RDP, etc.)
  • Experience creating technical documentation and supporting operational teams
  • Familiarity with update cycles, patching, and maintenance workflows
