Job Title: Emergency Lighting Engineer (EML)
Location: (London, Hammersmith & Fulham)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Job Type: Permanent

| Monday-Friday (08:00-17:00)
As an
Emergency Lighting Engineer, you will:
Carry out monthly, quarterly, and annual emergency lighting tests
Replace failed components (lamps, batteries, gear trays, etc.) with first-time fix where possible
Accurately document work using Oneserve and/or EasyCert
Work safely to current Health & Safety standards
Provide excellent customer service to residents and clients
Contribute to continuous improvement and training initiatives
The Emergency Lighting Engineer will have:
Strong experience with electrical systems and emergency lighting
Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Attention to detail and accurate reporting
Confident use of mobile devices for job documentation
Strong communication and customer-focus
A valid UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months)
Desirable:
City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical
AM2 assessment
Knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (C&G 2382-18)
Familiarity with BS 5266 (Emergency Lighting Standards)
