About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a live office environment in Glasgow. This role will be focused on managing the site during the night shift, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while maintaining a clean and operational office environment for daytime use.

You will play a key role in coordinating and supervising site activities, managing the team of contractors, and ensuring that the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep the site tidy and functional each morning.

Key Responsibilities: Manage night-time operations on-site, ensuring all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Supervise a team of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and site protocols.

Ensure the office remains operational during working hours, with all areas of the office tidy and functional by the end of each night shift.

Oversee daily site inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.

Provide leadership and direction, including monitoring work progress, scheduling tasks, and addressing issues promptly.

Maintain a safe working environment, conducting risk assessments and ensuring the team follows appropriate safety measures.

Communicate regularly with the project management team to ensure the project stays on track and is delivered on time.

Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role, with experience in office refurbishments or live environments preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and building codes.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

Must be comfortable working night shifts (8 hours).

A proactive approach with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to maintain cleanliness and order on-site, ensuring the office is operational each morning.
