Job Description

As a Senior Product Engineer, you will support growth through end-to-end product development, create accurate models and documentation for seamless production, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and strengthen engineering processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery across diverse manufacturing projects.

Shift: Night shift, Weekends Off (10:00 PM-06:00 AM PH Time)
Work setup: Onsite, Makati

    • The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum 5 years related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 3D SolidWorks CAD experience required
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, NetSuite experience preferred
  • Product Testing experience preferred
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Non-negotiable: 3D SolidWorks CAD experience
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, NetSuite experience preferred
  • Finite Element Analysis (FEA) background (within SolidWorks)
  • Project-management experience (They use Asana on their projects)
  • Client-facing experience
    • Your Daily Tasks

  • Support new and existing business growth through end-to-end product development.
  • Research new materials options to further expand and grow Crow Works offering to support the client team as needed.
  • Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, provide mentorship, guidance, and occasional work review of more junior Team Members.
  • Create accurate models, drawings, inspection documents, and assembly instructions to ensure seamless production rollouts of new and value engineered products.
  • Implement engineering standards & processes to help expedite time to market and increase revenue through more streamlined product development process.
  • Strong understanding of Crow Works product offering and ability to act as technical liaison clients as needed.
  • Partner with other Materials Team Members and Client Team on new product development project planning.
