SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR - DULWICH
Dove & Hawk are working alongside a multi-branch independent agency, who are looking to hire a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their office in Honor Oak. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious negotiator, to join a well established estate agency.
Duties:
- Registering new applicants.
- Managing & maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and potential buyers.
- Arranging and conducting viewings.
- Recording, negotiating, and presenting qualified offers.
- Providing viewing feedback.
- Generating new valuation opportunities.
Requirements:
- UK Driving License and own vehicle required
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a residential sales role
Salary budgets: £20,000 - £25,000 basic salary, £50,000 - £70,000 OTE + car allowance & guarantee
Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, alternate Saturdays 10am - 4pm with a day in lieu
