Administrator (Flexible Shifts)

We are currently seeking a flexible and reliable Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who is highly organised, comfortable working with computer systems, and able to adapt to shift-based work, including nights and weekends.

Pay Rate

  • £12.21 per hour during training period
  • £13.25 per hour upon successful completion of training

Working Hours

  • Average of 45 hours per week
  • Shift-based role including days, nights, and weekends

Essential Requirements

  • Experience of working within an industrial or operational environment
  • High level of computer literacy

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience with SCADA and other automated systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with automated systems, including conveyor belts or similar plant
  • Experience working with wood pellets or other bulk cargos
  • Basic engineering understanding

Role & Working Conditions

Please note that this role involves:

  • Long periods of working with computer systems and screens
  • Sustained concentration over extended periods
  • Shift work, including nights and weekends
  • Spending periods of time within a dusty environment
  • Occasional working at height
  • Tasks that may be physically demanding at times
  • Manual handling and light cleaning duties as required
