The Role
We are seeking an experienced CSA Lead to oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural works on a major data centre project in Lisbon. This senior role will manage the delivery of all CSA elements from design through to handover, ensuring high-quality, safe, and on-time completion while coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all CSA aspects of the project from design through completion
Oversee budgets, costs, resources, and overall performance of the CSA package
Set up and implement CSA activities, reporting, documentation, and scheduling systems
Coordinate with clients, design teams, and project management to ensure alignment on scope, quality, and programme
Monitor Health & Safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture
Drive quality performance to meet project standards and client expectations
Support integration with MEP and Commissioning teams, ensuring alignment across interfaces
Skills & Experience
Degree in Construction, Civil, Structural, or related Engineering discipline
Proven experience in a CSA leadership role on large-scale data centre or industrial projects
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and coordination of CSA works
Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Demonstrated leadership capability with effective delegation and problem-solving skills
