The Role
We are seeking an experienced CSA Supervisor to support the delivery of a major data centre project. The role will oversee the coordination of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages on site, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise all CSA work packages, including civils, fit-out, roofing, and cladding
Lead site safety management in conjunction with the project safety team
Oversee site QA processes and ensure compliance with project standards
Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractor activities
Track progress against programme and manpower requirements, chairing subcontractor meetings
Review construction drawings, setting-out details, and manage CSA snagging and close-out
Maintain site documentation and support project handover and close-out activities
Skills & Experience
Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 7 years' experience supervising CSA works on large-scale construction projects
Proven ability to manage CSA teams and subcontractors
Strong understanding of CSA construction methods and site coordination
Excellent communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills
Experience working on fast-track or technically complex projects (data centres desirable)
