The Role
We are seeking an experienced CSA Engineer to join a large-scale data centre project in Sines. The successful candidate will oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural works, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and programme delivery while coordinating closely with subcontractors, QA teams, and design engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and review CSA works to ensure quality and compliance with approved standards
Work with QA teams to ensure timely submission of contractor documentation
Liaise with subcontractors to track progress and manage site meetings
Review drawings with design teams and resolve technical issues
Snag, inspect, and close out contractor works according to approved QMS
Attend site, project, planning, and handover meetings, contributing to smooth project delivery
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years' experience on large-scale construction projects (data centre experience desirable)
Strong knowledge of CSA construction methods, QA/QC, and HSE compliance
Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage programme delivery
Competent in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in IT, including construction management platforms for documentation and snagging
