Our client is seeking to recruit 2 skilled and experienced Precast Concreters to work within their expanding business at Tuxford Near Retford for an immediate start. These are temp to perm positions to start ASAP with permanent positions for the right candidates following completion of a successful probation period.
We are seeking experienced Precast Concreters, with a good background and experience within the precast concrete sector as although training is provided, it is minimal and so experience is essential.
Ideally, the successful candidates will possess most of if not all of the following:
* Experience within the industry.
* Ability to read Production & Steel Drawings.
* Experience working with and setting up and pouring into timber formwork.
* Ability to lead a team of 3-5 people, delegating tasks and working to a high standard while working to a production budget.
* Overhead Crane experience preferable.
* Heavy Precast experience preferable.
* Knowledge of construction drawings.
* Adaptable.
* Willing to work longer hours to get jobs finished.
* Counterbalance forklift license (preferable not essential).
Rates are competitive and paid hourly either PAYE.
