£45,000 to £65,000 plus benefits
An opportunity has arisen for a Planning Engineer to join a large main contractor on RC frames, substructure and superstructure elements of major building projects across London and the South East. Our client boasts a strong project pipeline for the next 18 months and has won numerous employer-related awards over the past decade.
Based both in the London office and on site, you'll be working on both tenders and live schemes, including residential, commercial, retail, leisure and public sector projects. The planning team is small but has experienced very little "churn" over the course of the last few years; this role exists due to expansion based on recent workload and anticipated growth. There may also be options to work internationally in the future, should that appeal to any potential applicant.
Ideally the successful candidate will have the following experience:
-Previous planning experience on projects with reinforced concrete frames, substructure and superstructure works.
-Relevant civil engineering or construction degree.
-Proficiency with Asta Powerproject software.
-Enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude.
-Eligible to work in the UK.
