Leufroy Ltd is a real estate investment start-up business that offers international investors a fully managed solution to investing in South West London properties. Leufroy is currently seeking a Junior Construction Manager to work across our investment portfolio. We are happy to provide APC support for the right candidate.

 

We offer all types of services ranging from property search to financing and including property development, management and letting. We pride ourselves in delivering all those services in a cost-efficient package especially targeted towards international investors.

 

Core responsibilities

 

  • Supporting main contractors

  • Managing external parties (Architects, Surveyors etc.)

  • Buying materials when required

  • Working closely with the Finance team to ensure projects are completed within budget

  • Monitoring cost spend and present findings to Fund Manager monthly

  • Implementing and organisation of construction software

 

Requirements

 

  • Degree educated in construction management or equivalent

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

  • Driving license

  • Advanced excel skills

  • Passionate about Real Estate
