This is an exciting opportunity for a meticulous Project Manager with solid civil engineering construction experience to take the next career step.
This dynamic tier two contractor with a continuous pipeline of projects in the Northern and Central regions of England, require a Programme Manager/Senior Project Manager to implement and guide projects in line with company policies. Working in conjunction with the Contracts Manager and Site Agents you will be reporting to the Regional Director and Commercial Manager.
Your duties will include -
Manage up to 15 projects simultaneously
Ensure the successful recording of change within the conditions of contract for the projects
Maintain program schedules to ensure that all delivery targets are met
Collect information used for monthly reporting
Provide solution and resolve technical queries
Oversee site resourcing
The requirements for this sought after post include -
Degree in Civil Engineering
Extensive deliver experience on medium to large civil projects
Extensive earthworks, drainage, utilities and concrete experience and knowledge
Above average competency in planning
Commercially astute and experience in contract administration/documentation
Proven leadership and communication skills
Although previous similar experience is desired, it is not essential.
