** Exciting new opportunity for a Tekla draughtsperson to join a drawing office based in Somerset
We have been appointed by a well-established steel engineering group to recruit for a Tekla Draughtsperson to join a dynamic team in Somerset.
The role will involve:
- 3D modelling and detailing of structural Steelwork
- Detailed general arrangement and fabrication drawings
- Interpreting detailed Engineers drawings and calculations
- Liaising with various members of the construction team
- Checking of 3D models, drawings and connection designs
- Working under pressure to achieve agreed deadlines
The candidate must have:
- Academic qualification in construction related discipline
- Good maths and IT skills
- Good analytical, communication & problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail is essential
- Must be able to work individually or as part of a team
