£50,000-£60,000
Senior Planner required for a large construction contractor based in Central Manchester covering projects across the North West Region. You will be involved on both pre-construction and live projects.
Skills Required:
-Proven tender and on site planning experience
-Experienced in the use of Asta PowerProject
-Experience working on 3D/4D modelling would be advantageous
-Strong communication skills
-Experience working for a main contractor within the construction industry
What you'll be doing:
-Prepare construction and tender programmes using Asta PowerProject
-Monitoring progress at all stages of construction
-Help to implement and develop planning processes and procedures
-Carrying out site visits across the region
Qualifications:
-Experience of working in a Planning or Senior Planning role for a main contractor essential
-Degree/HNC/HND in Construction advantageous
-Ideally a member or working towards membership of a Professional Institute
