Our client, a SME multi discipline construction firm based in North East Lincolnshire working on predominantly commercial and civils projects is urgently seeking to recruit an experienced site manager for a permanent position covering, new builds, civils and refurb / extension projects predominantly across Lincolnshire.

Ideally you will have an excellent background in site management with notable experience within a civil engineering / commercial building environment..

Our client has an excellent reputation, full order book and ongoing projects in East Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire and employ the very best staff for their business. Experienced Site Managers are welcome from all these areas.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Site Engineer / Site Manager and be situation on the South Bank.

As a Site Manager, you will have sole responsibility for projects ranging up to £1 million and you will be required to maintain a safe site, ensuring work is progressing on schedule and to a required standard and to programme works whilst controlling costs. You must have a proactive attitude and ability to plan work, coordinate and supervise labour and subcontractors.

Previous experience of sole responsibility for large construction sites, ideally commercial and industrial projects is essential and we are seeking proactive, dynamic individuals looking for a long term career with an award winning builder offering long term job opportunities and a stable career.

In order to be considered for this position you must also have have:

* SMSTS
* CSCSS
* First Aid
* Scaffold Inspection preferred
* Full Driving License
*Checkable Work References
