Contracts Manager for a Electrical Contractor (£40-50k DOE + Company Vehicle)

A great opportunity has arisen for a Electrical Contracts Manager to be based in Derby

Company

A regional Accredited Commercial and Industrial Electrical Contractor based in Derby, which services involve in-house design and build of both Electrical and Data packages with Mechanical works carried out in conjunction with their partnering sub-contractor.

Over the past 6 years they have evolved into a high performing professional Electrical Contractors and currently successfully providing electrical works to local authorities and private clients alike.

Job Role

You will be running projects £1m-2m, with clients all over the UK.

You will be focusing on M&E contracts with some major contractors, pricing and design system packages for commercial projects.

Projects include :

  • Heating & Cooling Systems
  • Air Conditioning
  • Ventilation
  • Solar Thermal
  • Ground Source Heat Pumps
  • Domestic Hot & Cold Water Services
  • Air Handling Units
  • Sanitaryware
  • Domestic/Commercial Gas Services
  • Under Floor Heating
  • Boiler Servicing & Maintenance Packages
  • Drainage
  • Welded Services
  • Commercial Plant Rooms

Person

You will have a mechanical background and be passionate about the job

  • A strong leader
  • Engineering qualification
  • Specialise in M&E
  • Forward thinking
  • Worked on commercial projects
  • Able to use CAD
  • Work using your own initiative
  • Willing to travel
  • Full UK driving licence
