Building Services Engineer - £32,000 per annum, great opportunity to work for a growing facilities management organisation - Permanent Role - Central london

You will have a great opportunity to build your career with a large facilities management organisation in the Central London area as a Building services engineer you will provide a vital service to the organisation and the clients that the company service.
Job Role
You will be responsible for ensuring office and plant areas are maintained in a funcctional and sound manner in regards to maintaining a safe and suitable workspace for the client.
You will be responsible for maintaining health and safety levels in the workplace through planned and reactive maintenance programmes within the office environment.
You will be responsible for maintaining the automated systems including BMS and lighting to enable a cost effective work environment.
You will be the key liaison between client and the organisation and represent the organisation with the client on a day to day basis providing reports and feedback.
This role is predominantly to ensure safety and compliance, ensuring that regulations are met and maintained in an effective manner on a day to day basis.
Person
You will have previous experience in a similar role, You will be fully qualified and have a good attention to detail and a can do attitude.
You will have worked in a facilities role previously as a building services engineer and be fully conversant in the regulations for buildings and offices including water, mechanical and electrical standards and be capable of planning and scheduling maintenance and engaging with client and contractors.
