Breedon Group plc is currently seeking a Fitter at their Naunton Quarry near Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
The key responsibility of the role will be to carry out maintenance of all fixed plant. You will have the ability to follow a scheduled maintenance scheme as well as be able to react quickly and work safely in breakdown situations.
It is essential that you have qualifications in fabrication and mechanical fitting and ideally you will have experience as a maintenance fitter in the quarrying or other heavy industry. You will have excellent organisational and housekeeping standards. You will also have the ability to solve problems and deal with breakdowns work on your own initiative or as part of a team.
