Kier Utilities is looking to recruit a Streetworks Co-Ordinator to report to The Streetworks Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving and managing notices through the register in accordance with New Roads Streetworks Act 1991.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating with planners and highway authority.
  • Full administration of Streetworks notices sent via an ETON system.
  • Understanding the Streetworks legislation New Roads and Streetworks Act 1991and Traffic management Act 2004.
  • Adherence to tight deadlines and prioritising work load.
  • Monitor reports for compliance with contract requirement.
  • Process and monitor Traffic Management Applications.
  • Create and manage defect inspection work orders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Understanding client's changing requirements.
  • Ability to manage time and work to deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
  • Flexible and self motivated.
