The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to work as part of the Operations team at our Asphalt Plant in Hayes to provide a first-class service to our customers whilst maintaining the highest standards of health and safety. Ideally candidates will have some experience of working within operations in the Construction industry (or similar production environment). Candidates will have previous people management experience in a busy industrial environment and will have a solid understanding and experience of current Health and Safety practices and procedures.
