The Role:

:: You will work closely with the Project Surveyor in managing projects from start to finish
:: Provide instruction, guidance or direct intervention to manage contractual customer engagement issues such as variations, notices, relevant events, overdue debt and claims
:: Report progress on all contractual matters affecting cost to the Project Surveyor
:: Maintain close dialogue with the Construction Managers to determine site progress and other issues
:: Undertake the preparation of Final Accounts, with reference to the project history and costs, and the negotiation and agreement process.
:: Assist in dispute resolution and where appropriate referrals.
