Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Yorkshire & Humber
Salary: £40k-45k plus Car or allowance & Bonus

Job Description:

As the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for Sub-Contractor, Site Foreman, Site Supervisors and Site Teams (whilst on Site)

Key Responsibilities:

Upon the start-up of a project, and as the Company's most senior representative for projects, supervise and control any prior enabling works, and the installation and completion of that project, ensuring that the 'works' are carried out to program, within budget and to the specified quality standards.
Ensure that all resources required to fulfil the contract are organised and obtained so as to meet programmed requirements and site progress.

Requirements:

  • The successful candidate needs to be enthusiastic and driven to succeed
  • Commercial awareness and experience as a Project or Contracts Manager within Modular Build
  • CSCS Card & SMSTS
  • Construction Academic Qualification
  • IT literacy essential
  • Knowledge & proven experience of current H & S site legislation
  • Experience of working on Modular Build projects (minimum 2 years)
