Quantity Surveyor Civils

A dynamic and progressive Civil Engineering tier two principle contractor seeks to employ a Civils Quantity Surveyor to manage their projects in the Leeds, Sheffield, Doncaster and York region.

Your duties as the roving Quantity Surveyor will include the following -

Measurement of work completed

Preparing variation orders

Evaluating subcontractors

Preparing monthly valuations

Prepare subcontractor payments

Overseeing all the required commercials

For this post you will need to have the following -

Preferably a qualification in quantity surveying

Recent civil engineering project experience

Knowledge of civil engineering contract documentation

Proven mathematical and commercial ability
