We are working with a well-funded infrastructure company based in the Channel Islands who are looking to take on an Information Manager who will take ownership of a high-tech information management and document control system which will service asset management for the Group. You will be managing both the internal processes and external consultants, which will involve:

Establishing a common data environment which will include information structure and maintenance standards, and managing the processes and procedures
Ensuring compliance to all regulations and standards which could be either UK or worldwide
Preparation of BIM EIRs and taking responsibility for the Project Information Plan
Liaising with your colleagues to support BIM protocols, promoting a collaborative working culture
Implementing a quality management and document control system to integrate with other applications within the business, automating the processes

We would be interested to hear from you if you have:

  • Degree qualification
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of engineering information, document management, contracts, finance, project and contract management and cost engineering
  • Experience from a highly commercial environment, from an architectural and/or construction industry
  • Strong experienced with document control
  • Good working knowledge of BIM and CAFM
  • Experience in data and systems analysis


In return you can expect a highly competitive salary (up to £80,000) and the chance to work on the beautiful Channel Island of Jersey. You will be working as part of a small team of project and infrastructure experts, working on some high-value bespoke projects.
