Document Controller

As a document controller you will mainly be responsible for maintaining the document management system, ensure the documents are uploaded, downloaded and kept up to date between clients and project teams.
You will be comfortable with using excel and all other Microsoft packages.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
Maintenance of various registers for HSE and Quality
Support in preparation of handover documents
Scanning uploading and transmitting filing sheets
Recording, checking and tracking all incoming and outgoing project documents;
Ensuring all management system documentation is the latest version and easily accessible;
Collecting, collating, filing and archiving of management system records and project documents Essential Experience for the Role: You have had exposure as a document controller Strong Administration skills Ideally worked on a Crossrail project Proficient with all MS packages 4projects experience essential
