Salary: £38,000 - £45,000
* Well established and thriving Timber Frame Manufacturer seeks a Contracts Manager with excellent Timber Frame management skills
A highly accredited Timber structures specialist is recruiting for a Contracts Manager to cover key projects in South Wales and South West England. This leading contractor deals with a variety of timber systems including SIPS, Timber Frame and Glulam.
Due to continued growth and the acquisition of three large scale projects in South Wales for 2018, this business now needs an experienced Contracts Manager to assist in the delivery of Timber Frame projects for tier 1 main contractors.
The Role:
- Managing the delivery and installation of Timber Frame structures
- Prepare RAMS, Method and Risk assessments
- Oversee sub-contract labour and lifting crews
- Manage client relationships, attending regular site meetings
- Maintain regular site visits and a presence at each project
The Requirements:
- Timber Frame management experience - gained with a Timber Frame contractor
- The ability to cover sites from South Wales to South West England
- A strong track record of delivering projects from start to finish
- SMSTS, CSCS Black, First Aid
- CPCS Appointed Person is highly desirable
The Rewards:
- Salary of £38,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
