Our client is currently recruiting a Joinery Workshop Manager to join their busy team in Lincoln, this is a permanent position, office and workshop based.
You must have -
Up to date CV,
CSCS card,
SSSTS,
2 contactable references,
Full driving licence.
Key Tasks:
Management of Joinery Shop;
Planning production schedules;
Ensuring that the works and delivery programmes are adhered to;
Transport and Logistics;
Joinery tendering, surveying and pricing quotes;
Design liaison;
Material take off and ordering;
Quality management;
People and resource management;
Stock allocation and managing of warehouse storage.
Skills:
Joinery fitting background;
Ability to interpret drawings and specifications;
Own initiative and enthusiasm;
The ability to be self-motivated and work as part of a team;
Excellent communication and people skills (telephone and face to face);
Good planning and organisational skills;
The ability to work calmly under pressure;
Excellent time management;
Good IT skills, Excel and Outlook;
Excellent attention to detail, quality and accuracy;
Full driving licence;
Experience in CNC Programming preferable;
Experience in AutoCad preferable.
