Basic Circa £40,000 OTE up to £60,000 + Car + Pension
Hampshire based - covering Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, West Berkshire, Surrey


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established family company, trading for over 30 years within the Modular Building industry.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with the operational team, as Sales Manager you would be responsible for developing business plans and strategies to expand the customer base within the commercial sector, maximising income for the company and working towards agreed sales targets. This will include working on projects such as Schools, Nurseries, Sports Pavilions, Commercial offices, Church buildings and Community centres.

This is a critical role in promoting the company's professional approach to providing clients with a positive experience and the best possible customer service. You will be focusing on winning projects, from visiting sites and taking briefs to working with designers, estimating costs and liaising with subcontractors when necessary. Focusing mainly on commercial projects you will have strong relationships with Local Authorities, Councils, Quantity Surveyors and end users.

The Role:

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
:Introducing an exciting new building design concept to existing and new clients
:Organising and managing the complete sales process, from enquiry to installation
:Preparing and agreeing sales targets, business plans and strategies, measuring and monitoring sales performance
:Creating and managing effective relationships with Local Authorities, Councils, Professional Quantity Surveyors and other relevant parties
:Working with clients and team to design an appropriate building, ensuring clients are kept up to date with progress
:Building effective working relationships with colleagues and clients

About you:

:Experience of selling a building solution to a varied customer base
:Proven track record of generating business from both an existing database of customers and producing enquiries from new clients
:Strong relationships with Local Authorities and Councils
:Previous experience surveying and estimating would be beneficial but not essential
:Strong customer service focus
:Based in Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex or East Wiltshire


The Rewards:

Basic Salary Circa £40,000 commensurate with experience
Uncapped Bonus (potential to earn up to £60,000 on target)
Company Car or Car Allowance
Pension
