Are you an experienced construction estimator who has priced Modular construction works?

A leading player within both permanent and temporary modular solutions is actively searching for their next Estimator. Candidates will benefit from a strong team ethic and healthy pipeline of work from this long standing employer.

Working across a diverse range of sectors, the successful candidate can expect to price works across Public Sector, Education, Offices, Mobile Accommodation and Healthcare. Candidates MUST have experience within the Modular sector.

The Role:

  • Estimating prices for Modular building projects in a range of sectors
  • Manage incoming enquires and prioritise for follow up
  • Organise internal contract launch and review meetings
  • Compile sub-contractor and specialist materials enquiries
  • Organise pricing meetings with board members to discuss profit margins and sales targets
  • Ensure all estimated are compiled on in-house system
  • Attend post-tender meetings with clients as required
  • Assist in the production of departmental reports
