Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager

We are keen to hear from Senior Quantity Surveyors/Cost Managers within the Civil Engineering sector that will be available for a 12 to possibly 18 month assignment starting in January2018. Experience in pre and post contract cost and commercial management on frameworks for the client would be advantageous.

Duties will include -

Provide project estimations

Contract administration

Adjudicating tenders

Cost Planning

Risk analyses

Manage final accounts

Requirements include -

Degree in Quantity Surveying

RICS member

Expert NEC 3 knowledge especially PSC

Extensive civil engineering experience including retaining walls, bridges, embankments and reservoirs

Solid Management and communication skills

Commercially astute
