Job Title: Finishing Manager
Location: Bridgwater
Sector: Modular
Day Rates: £180 - £220 / Day
Duration: 3 months

A leading Modular construction contractor requires a Finishing Manager capable of overseeing fit out works on a large new build project.

You can expect to spend your time overseeing carpentry works, suspended ceilings, laying carpets, installing fixtures and fittings. This fast-paced role will require management experience and technical capabilities to maintain a high standard of finish.

The Requirements:

* Capable of managing fit-out teams
* Management experience of multi-trade teams
* A working knowledge of fit out projects
* CSCS / SSSTS / First Aid tickets

**Access to site via park and ride only from Junction 23 or 24 of M5
