Production Supervisor / Production Manager - Bathroom pod manufacturing

We are recruiting exclusively for a start-up bathroom pod manufacturer. This is an opportunity to get in right at the start as the business is now in a position to start manufacturing initial pods. Start-up is initially small to get the product and systems working well, though they have ambitions for significant growth and investment to ensure this is possible. They are working with leading experts to ensure successful outcomes.
You would take responsibility for overseeing manufacturing of their steel based bathroom pods in a factory environment, and particularly for supervising the operatives within the factory.
The role will include work scheduling, planning, logistics, material supply.
Ideally you will be experienced in some form of offsite construction manufacturing, though we are able to consider candidates with transferable skills, i.e. from manufacturing similar batch production construction or similar products (i.e. in light steel, timber frame, M&E and plumbing assemblies etc). Experience of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement is most beneficial.
There is plenty of potential to grow with the role as the business develops and gains further traction in the market.
