The UK's leading contractor within hybrid structures requires Site Managers on both a temporary and permanent basis.

Projects include schools, major retail, hotels, commercial, multi-storey.
Experience:
- Typically your experience is likely to be from CLT, Glulam Beams or traditional steelwork construction forms.
- You will be familiar with working on fast track projects and have experience with offsite manufactured structures and ideally taking responsibility for on-site lifting operations.
- You will be experienced in overseeing construction of complex and advanced building structures, but able to take a "hands on" approach
Essential Qualifications:
- SMSTS
- CSCS Black Card
Desirable:
- CPCS Appointed Person for Lifting
NB: Our client will be working on site as a specialist sub-contractor (the main structural package contractor) working with major main contractors - as such we are especially interested in speaking with candidates from specialist sub contracting backgrounds.
