Our client is a well-established supplier of bespoke energy saving homes. Throughout their 40 years in the industry they have built and sustained an excellent reputation and a wealth of knowledge. The use advanced technology for their bespoke designs and pride themselves on providing a high-quality product to the UK Timber Frame and engineering industry.
Although the design department is small and you will be working alongside the Timber Frame Designer team, you will be responsible for designing and detailing roof trusses for all projects. You will be working closely with production and sales as well as keeping in contact with clients and contractors. You will also need to attend sites to oversee some of the projects. There will be full training for the role and they can offer great career progression.
Requirements:
:: Degree qualified in a construction related discipline (E.g. Engineering, architectural technology etc)
:: AutoCAD experience
:: Strong attention to detail
:: Able to work in teams
:: Good IT skills
