We are working with a household name, backed by decades of experience in financial services, with particular expertise in residential and property financing around the globe. This is an opportunity to work with a company with unrivalled knowledge of the housing market who are now poised to enter the market with a revolutionary product, produced in their fully equipped modular housing factory and delivering their own fully in-house solution.
This is a very exciting opprtunity for a BIM Manager to come and be part of a new start up with huge future growth plans to be a clear market leader.
The role:
:: Manage the flow of information on a scheme-by-scheme basis
:: Support all contributors to the CDE in its correct usage and assist in ensuring conformance to the EIR
:: Facilitate in the management of the federated BIM Model and the production of project outputs
:: Collate information for distribution to suppliers and sub-contractors and issue in a controlled and methodical manner
:: Control the release of new revisions/updated information in a similar manner. Confirm the ability of these parties to deliver information in the defined timescales
:: Confirm acceptance or rejection of information and, where relevant, highlight areas of non-compliance
:: Assist the internal design team in the preparation of project outputs through the various data drops identified within the process
:: No responsibility for any design work
:: Prepare status reports on a scheme by scheme basis for internal distribution
Requirements:
:: Degree in Architecture or Part 1/2 RIBA registration
:: Experience of using Revit / knowledge of BIM
:: Accuracy and attention to detail
:: Able to prioritise own tasks in an orderly and systematic way
:: Able to adhere to deadlines, monitors progress against deadlines and milestones.
:: Ability to work in a collaborative way
:: Good communication skills - verbal and written
