You will be working for a large social housing organisation based in London giving you an ideal opportunity to enhance your career and CV
Job Role
You will be working as a Building Surveyor for the repairs team.
You will carry out pre inspections and building surveys to identify defects and produce detailed reports, specifications and cost estimates where necessary to ensure the appropriate remedial work is undertaken.
You will carry out post inspections of completed work to ensure quality, compliance and value for money have been maintained.
Person
You will have a proven ability to provide a customer focused repairs service
You will have a proven building Surveying experience with a good level of construction technology and contract administration knowledge.
You will have up to date knowledge of all health and safety and other legislation related to the role.
You will be educated to a minimum degree level in Building Services.
You will have demonstrable experience and skills managing customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer care and satisfaction.
You must have a full UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.
