Job Title: Freelance Contracts Manager
Sector: Offsite Construction
Location: Midlands, London & South Coast
Rates: Day Rates Paid
Duration: 3-4 months

An immediate requirement for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee Modular Construction and Fit Out projects through to hand over.


Projects located within London and South Coast, travel to the employers offices in the East Midlands will also be necessary. Overnight stays will be fully expensed by the employer.


Requirements for this role:

  • CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
  • A strong working knowledge of Modular Construction
  • Demonstrable client facing experience and first rate communication skills
  • Track record of multi-site construction management


We are seeking a proven Contracts Manager who can hit the ground running for a duration of three to four months.
