Site Manager Finishes

A freelance 18 month assignment exists for an experienced and reliable freelance Site Manager to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously doing finishes and fitout on a refurbishment project.

Reporting to the Project Manager your daily duties will include -

Site Management and interpreting the drawings

Daily toolbox talks and inspections

Daily and weekly planning , enforcing the programme

Chairing Client and Architect meeting

Managing of in-house teams and numerous sub contractors

Site administration including site diary.

Solving of technical issues and managing waste

Managing health and safety

Requirements

Extensive experience managing the finishing and fitout process.

Proven management experience overseeing subcontractors.

Decisive decision making capability

A quick thinking problem solver

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid

CIS registered if working through a Limited company
