Design Manager - Main Contractor - Thames Valley
Position: Permanent
Salary: £60 000 - £80 000
Are you an experienced design manager looking to work in the Swindon area for a main contractor? Do you have a proven track record of managing the design team and delivering successful projects? My client has an opportunity for a design manager to come in and work on two sectors of the business, education and commercial office fit out. They are also willing to consider strong applicants with a background in Commercial and Residential. You will be reporting to the design director and be responsible for the leadership of the design management resource on a major project.
The successful candidate must have:
- Experience managing teams in the education sector
- Strong commitment to HSE legislation
- A strong communicator who has an engaging approach
My client are willing to offer a salary of £60 000 - £80 000 plus benefits. Please note that my client are looking for several Design managers across the Thames Valley are including Reading, Swindon and Bristol.
