Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: West Midlands
Sector: Modular Construction
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work with them on a permanent basis, ARV Solutions have been asked to speak with candidate who can showcase:
- Degree level qualification within Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A minimum of four years' experience as a Contractors Quantity Surveyor
- A working knowledge and experience of Offsite Construction is highly desirable
- Project lifecycle experience from tender and sub-contractor appointment through to final account
