The Job:
As a Multi Skilled Project Engineer you will be responsible for maximising plant availability through timely intervention and delivery of products. Assisting the Engineering Manager in educating the Operations Team in regards of best practice and safe operation of plant. You will ensure the required level of engineering compliance, safety, quality and cost standards are adhered to and delivered at all levels of the site.
About you
- Industry recognised engineering qualifications in electrical and / or mechanical engineering
- Working knowledge of 16th & 17th Edition wiring regulations, coupled with mechanical skills.
- Knowledge of plant and safe systems of work.
- LEAN, Six Sigma and Electrical controls Systems knowledge (Drive, SCADA and PLC)
- Understand and report root causes of lost time incidents
- Proven track record of delivering the above in a relevant manufacturing environment
