Our Client is urgently seeking to recruit a Business Systems Manager, Ideally With experience within the precast concrete sector for a full time and permanent role at their facility near Worksop. This role in based within a large scale reinforced concrete production facility manufacturing both precast and prestressed concrete elements for the heavy civil engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities for the role:
* Devise and implement management systems for implementation across all businesses and divisions and ensure monitoring programmes are in place to ensure compliance.
* Review, improve and implement changes where necessary.
* Ensure the business prepares for successful implementation of policies and procedures to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
* Expand upon the business' policies and procedures to monitor and reduce incidents and to prepare a management system to comply with ISO 4500.
* Ensure compliance with legislation relating to environmental law and to develop a management system with suitable objectives and targets in place to achieve certification to ISO 14001:2015.
* Ensure collection of documentation to comply with PAS 91 and submittal within a timely manner for any necessary pre qualification.
* Ensure a suitable and sufficient audit programme is devised and implemented to test the effectiveness of the management systems and to report any shortcomings, providing advise to department managers where necessary on both compliance and continuous improvement.
