Topographic Surveyor – HS2

We have an exciting opportunity for a Topographic Surveyor to work with a Major Joint Venture on HS2 based out of Central London with the design team. This role is mainly office based and is for at least 10 weeks starting as soon as possible.

Essential Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree, HNC preferably in the geospatial field but not essential or TSA Surveying Course.
  • AutoCAD Civil 3d experience
  • Proven experience within the industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Demonstrable experience in topographical and/or underground utility mapping surveys.
  • Experience with operating and interpreting digital outputs from various Surveying and Utility Mapping instruments.
  • Experience with Land Survey ground modelling software.
  • Be familiar with volume calculation and modelling
  • A commercial awareness will be required with experience of creating and working to budgets and targets.

Desirable Criteria

  • Professional Membership of a Chartered Institution
