Electrician (£32,500 per Annum) Social Housing immediate start based in South London
Company
You will be working for a large Social Hosing Organisation giving you and ideal opportunity to enhance your career and CV
Job Role
You will be working as a maintenance Electrician providing a high quality repairs service.
You will diagnose faults and repair where possible.
You will also carry out electrical installations, repairs and planned maintenance work where required to the highest standard.
Person
You will be a fully qualified electrician up to NVQ level 3, with testing and inspection C & G 2394/2395/2391/2392 or equivalent.
You must have 17th Edition qualification and that you have C & G 2361, part 1 and 2 and AM2
You must have asbestos awareness in accordance with KGSHEMS
You will have a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points (to drive company van)
You will have experience of working in social housing and also domestic environment.
You must have qualifications to perform testing of full electrical installations, not just testing electrical appliances.
You must hold and appropriate CSCS card
