Position: Permanent
Salary: £60 000 - £70 000
A proactive and hand's on project manager is sought for a growing regional contractor in the Thames Valley region. My client take on projects in both new build and refurbishments within the commercial, education, hospitality sector and are known particularly in the industry for tackling refurbishments of listed buildings.
My client have a particular project in the Windsor and Maidenhead that they require a project manager with comprehensive experience in refurbishments. In particular they would prefer a candidate with a hand's on approach rather than working on large projects and delegating to site managers. They would also consider a senior site manager with who may be looking for their first step into project management.
The successful candidate must have:
- At least 5 years experience as a Project manager or Senior Site Manager
- Experience working on refurbishments
- Experience working on listed buildings preferable
- A relevant Project Management qualification
My client are offering £60 000 - £70 000 package including benefits.
