You will be working for one of the UK`s leading providers of affordable housing and care and support services, who employ over 1,600 people to manage and develop our large portfolio of nearly 38,000 homes serving nearly 75,000 customers across London, the East Midlands and the East of England.
Job Role
You'll be responsible for the client administration role on site based projects.
You will be responsible for delivery of the programme of works on site against set targets and objectives that will provide an exceptional customer service and an efficient and value for money service.
This is predominantly a contractor and site based role carrying out inspections on quality, quantity and programme and standard ensuring operational delivery, resident satisfaction and that value for money solutions are delivered
You will be a point of contact and support for the Technical Admin team, giving them direction and taking the lead where required to achieve team targets and objectives.
You will be responsible for holding contractors to account for programme delivery on time, cost, quality, health and safety and customer satisfaction.
You will provide support to all areas of the Asset Management team for the safe, efficient and effective delivery of projects.
You will be required to work together with supply chain partners to improve service effectiveness.
You will work with residents and other external stakeholders to monitor, implement and achieve agreed delivery and customer and legislative focused targets and standards.
Person
You must have previous experience in a similar role with at least 2 years on site experience.
You must have a flexible availability with the ability to attend meetings/events at evenings and weekends as required.
You will need to have working knowledge of Section 20, CDM, Asbestos and all other regulations relating to the delivery of planned and revenue programmes of work.
You must have well developed communication skills, and ability to communicate with different audiences tailoring the communication to suite the situation.
You will be able to build and sustain working relationships with key stakeholders.
It is essential you have good planning, organising and prioritisation skills.
You must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
