Site Manager - Fit Out - Reading

Position: Contract - 14 weeks

Rate: £210DR

My client is a leading commercial office fit out company that have a requirement for an experienced site manager to come on a short term contract and work on three reception areas and external works equating to £500k worth of work.

Applicants must have:

• SMSTS, CSCS and 1st Aid
• Absolutely must have fast-track commercial fit out experience
• Strong history of working sites on your own
• Experience working in an occupied building
• Available to start in the middle of February (applicants with 1-2 weeks notice will also be considered).
