Special Works Sales Manager - Construction / Building
Basic to £50,000 plus a good commission structure
Poole, Bournemouth, Blandford Forum, Ringwood

: Would you like to drive your own division based on both refurishment and new building supply up to £500k per project
: Varied role where no two days are the same
: Role based out of Dorset (3 days per week) plus on-site surveying (2 days per week)
A great opportunity to join a building manufacturer based in Dorset. The role is very varied and you will pick up the responsibility for a range of construction projects from the education and MOD sectors. Working within a busy sales environment you will handle projects up to circa £500,000 where you will assist with costings, quotations, sourcing additional materials from suppliers and to be an internal point of contact for clients as well as physically visiting potential projects in an on-site surveying capacity.
The role will be centred around developing professional relationships with clients that enhance the comapny's image and product portfolio, with a responsibility to increase the company's market share whilst pursuing profitable new business opportunities.
Our client expects to be coaching and training the right person but expects to find the following:
:A background gained within sales where the refurbishment of buildings has been a focus
:Strong communication and relationship building skills
:Strong attention to detail
:Able to work as part of a team
:CPCS or CSCS desireable
