The client
This is an opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer of educational buildings with typical project values ranging £600,000 to £10 Million. This is a company that prides itself on providing a full turnkey service to their clients, delivering high quality modular buildings to meet specific requirements.
The role
As an account executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue and managing the sales process for the business. You will be liaising with head teachers, business managers, governors and architects on a day to day basis to sell the company's high quality, permanent modular buildings into the education sector.
Focusing on both new build and refurbishment projects, you will be responsible for a combination of managing existing accounts as well as developing some new business, with a regular requirement of 1-2 days a week visiting clients on a national basis as well as attending industry events.
About you
- :Previous experience selling a structural construction product
- :Experience with solution sales

- :Experience delivering impactful, informative presentations
